After-Sales Service
Service Period
If you receive a defective product purchased from aboy.store, please contact our customer service at hello@bwing.asia within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery.
For information security purposes, please contact us using the email address you used when placing the order. Our customer service representative will assist you with your request.
To avoid disputes regarding refunds or exchanges, we strongly recommend recording a video of the unboxing process, with the video date within two (2) business days after delivery. The video should clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the package.

Product Defects
Our products are art collectibles crafted with manual processes and subject to the limitations of current technology.
Minor imperfections such as uneven color, slight scratches, paint loss, or small bubbles are considered normal and not eligible for after-sales claims.
For serious defects, you may apply for after-sales support within seven (7) business days after receiving the product by emailing your order number and clear photos of the item to hello@bwing.asia.
Return & Refund Policy
Please choose blind box products or series carefully.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind.
Cross-border orders are not eligible for return or exchange without reason.
Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

The returned item must be sent along with any included gifts to the designated return address. (Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.)

Upon submission of valid shipping receipts and tracking information, we will provide a voucher of equal value as reimbursement for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned package.
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days from the date of processing.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the package is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
What if the item I receive is damaged?
