Our shipping policy is simple – we choose the safest and fastest shipping method based on your order location. This helps reduce costs for both you and us. 

Important Notes for International Orders

  • Taiwan Customers: Due to local customs regulations, providing your ID Number at checkout is mandatory. Please also ensure you have registered and completed real-name authentication via the EZ WAY (易利委) app to avoid shipment delays.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that import duties, taxes (VAT), and customs fees may be levied once the package reaches your destination country.

    • Thailand Notice: Customers in Thailand should be particularly aware that local customs may charge import tax depending on the parcel value.

    • All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee or product price.

Hong Kong Local Standard Shipping:

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Estimated International Delivery Time:

Orders will only be shipped after full processing, which may take 2–5 business days. Please take this processing time into account before placing your order.

Delivery may be delayed due to extreme weather, flight disruptions, emergencies at origin or destination, or other force majeure events beyond our control.

We offer standard and express shipping. Our warehouse will choose the most suitable delivery method based on the package weight and destination.


How long does standard shipping take?

If no unexpected delays occur, standard shipping typically takes 15–45 business days.


Can I check the shipping fee before confirming my order?

Yes. Once you add an item to your cart, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout.


Do I need to pay taxes?

Tax policies vary by region. Please refer to the information at checkout. Note: Import duties/VAT are the responsibility of the recipient.


When will my order be shipped?

Confirmed orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for shipment.
